Who is GCM Consultants?
We are a local engineering firm that has been helping customers in all industries with engineering, operations and maintenance since 1994. On a daily basis, you will:

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Coordinate work with project teams.
• Prepare technical documentation including specifications, design criteria, P&IDs, schematics, loop drawings, instrument data sheets, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, installation details, cable schedule, instrument list, and equipment list.
• Develop and prepare instrumentation procurement packages.
• Assist in field engineering and commissioning.
• Maintaining client relationships and business development.

Requirements:

• Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3-10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in the use of Computer-Aided Engineering Software in engineering design and drafting software, including AutoDesk and OpenPlant.
• Availability to travel to serve our clients in Regina and the rest of Canada.
• Spoken and written languages: English.

• Knowledge of industrial automation.
• Knowledge in industrial instrumentation.
• Knowledge of a drawing software (requirement)
• Strong autonomy (self-taught).
