Given our rapidly expanding business, our team is looking for a new Talent Acquisition Consultant to take charge of the Western Canada territory, where GCM Corpo already has business units in Calgary, Regina and Edmonton.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a key role in the Strana Talent recruitment process. Your mission will be to identify, attract and select the best candidates to meet the company's needs. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:

Staffing needs analysis

    • Work with department managers to understand their recruitment needs.
    • Define the ideal candidate profiles for the positions to be filled.

Recruitment strategies

    • Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to attract talent, exploring various channels and partnerships.
    • Create positive candidate experiences, redefining the standard of customer service with every interaction.
    • Responsible for customer relations.

Recruitment process

    • Guide the entire recruitment process smoothly and professionally.
    • Prospect online to find interesting candidates.
    • Evaluate candidates' performance during interviews and tests.

Resource follow-up

    • Onboard selected candidates.
    • Identify training requirements for resources.
    • Liaise between resources and customers.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (human resources, psychology, management, etc.)
  • Recruitment experience, ideally in industry and/or engineering
  • Bilingualism: French and English (an important asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
