Who is GCM Consultants?
We are a local engineering firm that has been helping customers in all industries with engineering, operations and maintenance since 1994. On a daily basis, you will:

• Help lead/mentor a team of junior and intermediate engineers.
• Participate in business development and build client relationships.
• Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Prepare proposals for instrumentation and controls.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise the preparation of technical drawings.
• Carry out site visits and inspections.
• Participate in P&ID reviews.
• Produce control valve specifications.
• Develop test procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in instrumentation or automation engineering (or equivalent).
• Member or eligible member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS).
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Availability to travel to serve our clients in Regina and the rest of Canada.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office application software.
• Spoken and written languages: English.

• Knowledge of industrial automation including instrumentation, control systems, and communication systems.

• Knowledge of electrical circuits and power distribution (an asset).
• A keen sense of resourcefulness.
