What is GCM?

On a daily basis you will have to:
Control documents during the engineering and construction phases according to current internal and client procedures:
- Verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Classify the technical documentation according to the procedures in force
- Retrieve files for the project team from our systems and from client systems
- Proceed with the issuance of project documents
- Follow up on various project files
- Ensure the management of vendor documents in a short timeframe
- Collaborate with the team on routine document control requests
- Carry out project audits
- Perform reprography and assembly work when required, including end-of-project binders
- Archive various project files electronically and on paper
- Perform all other related tasks that may help with the completion of projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of engineering documentation control
- Good knowledge of Windows environment and Office Suite software
- Bilingual
Assets:
- DEC, AEC or Certificate in document management
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Bluebeam, Live Link, eB, BIM 360, Project Wise software
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard
- Relevant experience in consulting engineering, petrochemical or manufacturing industry, mining and metals, construction company, or in an industrial technical environment
