Who are we?

On a daily basis you will have to:
- Act as administrator of subcontracts and service contracts for the project.
- Be responsible for the execution of all tasks expected of a site contract administrator, for the contracts entrusted to you, including in particular:
- Holding site coordination meetings
- Validating and preparing progressive statements and payment requests
- Managing communications between the company and subcontractors
- Managing financial guarantees and insurance
- Be responsible for managing changes related to the contracts entrusted to you, including preparing reports and approving project requirements
- Act as advisor and expert in procurement and subcontracting management.
- Validate, negotiate, and limit additions of work to the initial contract.
- On behalf of the client, interpret contractual clauses and take the necessary measures to enforce them.
- Negotiate credits and supplements based on work revisions and issue necessary purchase request revisions.
- Negotiate various claims following non-conformities.
Requirements:
- Training in procurement or administration and practical knowledge of the legal and commercial aspects of procurement. Diploma of College Studies and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Knowledge of procurement terms and conditions (Incoterms) and relevant laws.
- Fluency in French and English required occasionally since the person will collaborate with colleagues and clients outside of Quebec, both written and oral.
- Mobility.
