Automation Technician/ Manufacturing Client in Saint John (NB)

Our client is currently looking for automation technician in the manufacturing sector base in St-john (New-Brunswick).


As an automation technician, you will work at customer sites to provide preventive and predictive maintenance of Automation equipment, particularly on Quality Control Systems (QCS), Profilers, and Controls systems.


Description of responsibilities:

  • Commissioning of new measure equipment
  • Preventive maintenance of the equipment
  • Performing general service work
  • Promoting service contracts
  • Service & system upgrades
  • Training and other service solutions that provide a value to the costumer



  • University or collegial Degree in electronics, electromechanics or instrumentation
  • 5 years of work experience related to Quality Control System (QCS)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel up to 20% in the Maritimes and occasionally in the rest of Canada.
  • Responsiveness to after-hours customer inquiries is required
